This is pretty funny, and that's the problem. It's not nice to showcase people who are clearly both stupid and ignorant and hold them up to public ridicule. Sure, they are easy targets - anyone who doesn't realize that the companies that make books really don't care what you do with them, so long as you buy them, needs to think a little more deeply - but they are people, too, no matter how benighted they may be. I am a bit disappointed that the pastor doesn't actually speak 17th Century English, but I'm more inclined to react like the youth to whom I showed footage of Westboro Baptist Church and weep for them, rather than laugh at them.

This video demonstrates a slice of bible believing Americans who in fact
are grossly deceived by the evil one Satan. Their seductive heresy and their
narrow minded party spirit is of the same genre as the Pharisees in Jesus Day.
They exalt the King James Version and give it equal par with the original autographs. What do these people think God did before the King James Version?
It is also illogical to burn the New King James version even though it is translated from the textus receptus, the same scribal manuscripts from which came the King James Version.

I think this pastor and his 14 member church want to be showcased for the sake of publicity, gaining more members and from their point of view giving God a good testimony which it is not. When it comes to what they are burning and why, they are shamefully ignorant. However, they sure know how to use the power of the media to get attention.

Even the devil can make himself to appear as a angel of light and this Bible burning is just what he wants to put a dark cloud over people's view of Christians. I hope they are not passing out any cool-aid while they burn.
